Igniting the strengths that build vibrant, innovative, high-performing teams
Your organization is leaving up to half its fuel in the tank. The deep thinkers, careful listeners, and steady operators who drive innovation, impact, and income are often overlooked in systems built for the loudest voice in the room—and it’s costing you talent, trust, and results.
I help businesses and mission-driven organizations ignite the full spectrum of leadership strengths on their teams through keynotes and workshops that redesign ways to spot, develop, and reward leadership. The result: support for higher retention, better decisions, and a leadership bench that reflects the full range of talent you already have on your roster—turning untapped fuel into measurable ROI.

About STACEY
Stacey Chazin helps organizations turn unseen strengths into visible results. A leadership coach, keynote speaker, and proud introvert, she partners with executives, HR leaders, and mission-driven teams to operationalize introvert-inclusive leadership systems—so deep thinkers, careful listeners, and steady operators contribute at full strength.
Her work is grounded in a personal shift: after years of trying to fit extraverted norms, Stacey embraced her introverted wiring and turned it into an advantage. She now uses that lens to help organizations spot and cultivate quieter talent and, through her business, The I-Factor, to coach introverted professionals to lead in ways that use their innate strengths.
Stacey brings 30 years of corporate and nonprofit experience, a master’s in organizational development & leadership, a business degree from Wharton, and certification as a Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) practitioner. Grounded in research and a strengths-based approach to leading, she translates how people are wired into simple practices that lift engagement, retention, and decision quality.
On stage, Stacey is evidence-based and story-rich—warm, quick-witted, and powerfully motivating. Off stage, she’s a thoughtful collaborator who notices the strengths that others miss and helps translate them into forward momentum for teams. She equips audiences with next-day moves and a wider lens for spotting and cultivating leadership—driving stronger engagement, cleaner execution, and visible results.
Keynotes
The I-Factor: Igniting Unseen Strengths for Breakthrough ROI
For corporate and other professional audiences

Most organizations are running on only half their fuel—overlooking valuable capabilities simply because they don’t match traditional leadership norms. Research shows that teams with a mix of leadership styles, strengths, and approaches to work—including those they often fail to see as assets and remain hidden — achieve significantly better performance, productivity, and innovation than homogenous teams.
In this dynamic keynote, executives, managers, and HR leaders will learn how to identify and ignite underutilized strengths hiding in plain sight. Through practical tools and fresh insights, attendees will discover ways to spark engagement, modernize outdated leadership models, and convert dormant potential into lasting performance so they can transform overlooked talent into measurable ROI.
Let no fuel go to waste.
Your audience will learn:
A modern leadership model that treats diverse styles as performance levers—not exceptions—and ties them to clear business outcomes.
A sharper eye for hidden value, with simple diagnostics to spot overlooked contributions in meetings, workflows, and metrics.
Strategies to expand visibility and readiness pipelines to surface overlooked leaders and accelerate their growth.
Shared language and simple scripts to reframe talent conversations so that recognition and opportunity expand.

The I-Factor: Igniting Unseen Strengths
for Mission-Driven Impact
For nonprofits, foundations, and mission-driven teams

In mission-driven work, every strength, perspective, and way of working is fuel—and too much of it stays untapped. We begin by making invisible impact visible, then widening the lens on what leadership looks like. Stacey challenges the unspoken norms that equate leadership with speaking first or moving fastest and spotlights the quieter capabilities that keep services steady and stakeholders engaged.
This keynote is designed to shift how your audience thinks—about talent, about contribution, and about who gets credited as a leader—so they leave ready to recognize and mobilize the strengths they’ve been missing.
Your audience will walk away with:
A new mental model of mission-driven leadership that values reflective, steady strengths alongside bold voices.
A sharper eye for unseen impact, able to spot contributions that have been hiding in plain sight.
Language to reframe leadership conversations with boards, peers, and teams—so recognition, opportunity, and trust expand.
Conviction to sponsor quieter talent, turning more of their existing fuel into outcomes—without adding headcount.
